5877E & 5877F are used for measuring insulation?resistance of insulating materials and various?electric equipment such as Power transformers,?electric motors, cables, bushings, current?transformer and other switchyard equipment. It can?be used for measuring their absorption index?(R60s/R15s) and polarization index (R10min/R1min).

5877E & 5877F are designed to take measurements?in switchyard of up to 765 KV level and discharges?the test object after every test to ensure safety of?operator. Guard terminal is also provided to?eliminate the effect to surface leakage current.
