TSI’s Laser Aerosol Spectrometer 3340 is an optical spectrometer that measures particle size distributions from 0.09 (90 nm) to 7.5 ?m and combines ultra-high sensitivity and superior resolution with ease-of-use. The 100 size channels are configurable and enable users to zero in on a specific size range or match the resolution of another instrument. It is used in many different applications such as determining the efficiency of air cleaners, HEPA/ULPA high efficiency filter testing, indoor/outdoor air quality studies and source apportionment. The model 3340 measures complete size distributions in less than a second by simply powering up and sampling.
